Angel Carter Conrad

Angel Carter Conrad is mourning the loss of her older sister Bobbie Jean Carter following news of her death at the age of 41.

Nick and Aaron Carter’s sister, who was prominently featured on the reality series House of Carters, received a heartfelt dedication in the form of a letter from her sister.

In an open letter shared on Instagram, Angel expressed her feelings towards Bobbie Jean: “To my older sister Bobbie. You had a great sense of humor, and a lively spirit. Growing up, I was your baby, and you were my best friend. Life wasn’t fair to you, that I know. Sometimes, it feels like you didn’t have a shot, no matter what.”

The Carters have faced profound tragedies with the loss of their siblings over the years. Aaron Carter was discovered dead at the age of 34 in 2022, having drowned in his bathtub after inhaling difluoroethane. Additionally, in 2012, their sister Leslie passed away at the age of 25 due to a drug overdose. The family has endured multiple heartbreaking losses, each contributing to the challenges they have faced over time.

“Experiencing innocence instead of being burdened by trauma, pain, and suffering is incredibly important for children, particularly at such a young age,” Angel expressed in her letter to Bobbie Jean. Angel Carter Conrad

“I know why Leslie, Aaron, and now you ended up in the circumstances that you did. I share that pain we experienced during our childhood and I’m sorry you didn’t have an opportunity for a better life.”

She continued, advocating for breaking down barriers, reducing stigmas, and fostering a society where seeking mental health support is met with understanding and encouragement. Angel emphasized the importance of starting these conversations within the home, especially for children.

Angel concluded the post with a poignant message: “I love you BJ, you’re free now.”
