Jonathan Majors went about his business as usual on Tuesday, less than 24 hours after being found guilty for the assault and harassment of his ex-girlfriend Grace Jabbari.
The “Creed 3” star, 34, was spotted going for a stroll in New York City dressed in a red plaid shirt, a matching red beanie, grey and pink pants, white sneakers, sunglasses and a long, black trench coat.
He appeared to have a somber look on his face and, at one point, was seen clenching his jaw.
Majors was snapped while holding a cup of coffee, his phone and what appeared to be a blue gift bag.
In the midst of a tumultuous criminal trial, actor Jesse Majors’ girlfriend Meagan Good, who had been a constant presence throughout, was notably absent during the court’s verdict. However, the couple was photographed holding hands as they exited the courthouse together the day before.
The outcome of the trial resulted in Majors being convicted on one count of reckless assault in the 3rd degree and a non-criminal charge of harassment as a violation. On the other hand, the “Devotion” star was acquitted on another assault charge and one count of aggravated harassment. The legal proceedings have had a significant impact on Majors and have been closely followed by the public.
His attorney Priya Chaudhry told Page Six Monday, “It is clear that the jury did not believe Grace Jabbari’s story of what happened in the SUV because they found that Mr. Majors did not intentionally cause any injuries to her. We are grateful for that. his business as usual
“We are disappointed, however, that despite not believing Ms. Jabbari, the jury nevertheless found that Mr. Majors was somehow reckless while she was attacking him.”
She concluded, “Mr. Majors is grateful to God, his family, his friends, and his fans for their love and support during these harrowing eight months.”
