Concerns have arisen that a potential second front could open up, as Israel is currently engaged in a military campaign against terrorist groups in the Gaza Strip in the southern region.

The Israel Defense Forces promptly responded to these attacks by launching artillery strikes against the sources of the missile fire and conducting precision strikes on targets affiliated with Hezbollah.

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) additionally declared a restriction zone extending up to four kilometers from the Lebanon border, with strict orders for civilians to refrain from entering this area.
