Donald Trump used Truth Social to express his satisfaction with the Michigan Supreme Court’s decision not to rule on his eligibility for the state’s ballot in the 2024 Presidential Election.
In a post on the platform, the former president celebrated the court’s stance, stating, “The Michigan Supreme Court has strongly and rightfully denied the Desperate Democrat attempt to take the leading Candidate in the 2024 Presidential Election, me, off the ballot in the Great State of Michigan.” Trump characterized the move as a “pathetic gambit” by Democrats to manipulate the election, emphasizing that such efforts had failed across the country, with Colorado being the sole state affected.
On a separate note, Melania Trump’s absence from the Trump family Christmas gathering at Mar-a-Lago drew attention, prompting clarification.
According to a source reported by Fox News Digital, the former first lady chose to spend Christmas away from Mr. Trump to be with her ailing mother. The source emphasized Melania’s strong devotion to her entire family, stating, “Melania has always been very devoted to her entire family. It should be no surprise that she spent this Christmas with her ailing mother.” Donald Trump used Truth
The Lincoln Project, an anti-Trump political action committee (PAC), has intensified allegations regarding former President Donald Trump’s purported odor by releasing a provocative advertisement.
The controversy around Trump’s alleged scent arose when former Illinois Republican representative Adam Kinzinger tweeted earlier in the week, stating, “I’m genuinely surprised how people close to Trump haven’t talked about the odor. It’s truly something to behold. Wear a mask if you can.”
Seizing on the ensuing social media uproar, The Lincoln Project launched a video ad on Saturday with the hashtag #TrumpSmells. The ad opens with images of dumps, waste, and dung, complete with swarming flies, accompanied by a chorus of coughs, sniffles, and vomiting sounds.
The video progresses to depict garbage being collected and accumulating on the streets of New York. Against the backdrop of Trump Tower on Fifth Avenue, a reporter’s voice declares, “Claiming the former president smells bad.” Comedian Kathy Griffin is then heard stating, “The Donald has a distinct smell. It’s like body odor with a scented makeup product.”
As the ad showcases other malodorous items, such as moldy cheese, an individual is heard sniffing and commenting, “Ew, Donald. Is that you?” The Lincoln Project’s ad reinforces and amplifies the social media discussion surrounding the claims about Donald Trump’s alleged smell.
