Jerrid Joseph Powell is accused of killing three homeless men over four consecutive days, with the victims identified as Jose Bolanos, 37, Mark Diggs, 62, and an unnamed 52-year-old man. Bolanos was found dead near the intersection of 110th Street and Vermont Avenue in South Los Angeles on Sunday. Diggs was shot and killed at about 4:45 a.m. on Monday at the 600 Block of Mateo Street, downtown near the L.A. River.
