In addition to Musk’s response, his lawyer, Alex Spiro, addressed The Wall Street Journal’s report, asserting that the article contained “false facts.” Spiro highlighted that Musk had undergone drug testing in the past, particularly after being seen smoking marijuana on the Joe Rogan podcast in 2018. These statements aim to challenge the credibility of the accusations made against Musk.
