Author and royal reporter Omid Scobie has addressed the temporary removal of a Dutch translation of his latest book on Britain’s royal family from bookshelves in the Netherlands.

In a 2021 interview with Oprah Winfrey, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex revealed that before the birth of their son Archie, there were discussions about the potential skin tone of the child. Archie, who is currently 4 years old, holds the distinction of being the first biracial royal born in the U.K. with American and British heritage. He is widely acknowledged as the first mixed-race child born into the royal family.
